Important Notice for ALL ESL / ELL Scarlett Students
EXTRA TIME ACCOMMODATION FORMS for FINAL EXAMS
Extra Time Accommodation forms are available in room 106 – International Center- for all ELL students to pick up. If students do NOT wish to have extra time on final exams, they must fill in the same form and DENY the time.
ALL Forms must be filled in by the student, teacher, and signed by the parent.
Diploma (30- level) forms must be returned APRIL 4, 2017 to Mrs. Finkbeiner in Room 106 . These forms are GREEN
NON-Diploma (10-20 level) must be returned APRIL 10, 2017 to Ms. Doppmeier/Mrs Finkbeiner in Room 106. These forms are ORANGE
Students must show on the form that they need and have used extra time BEFORE the final exam. Extra time will not be granted ONLY for the final exam. All ELL students are required to have written the September Language Assessment in order to apply for extra time on final exams. If the test has not been completed, please see Mrs. Finkbeiner to schedule a time ASAP.
